Job summary

Accept Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a permanent, full-time role based in Brighton and the wider South East. You will take full ownership of commercial electrical projects, coordinating with clients, contractors and engineers to drive delivery on time and within budget.

The package includes £45,000–£50,000 base salary with OTE £60,000, a company vehicle and pension. The role offers real progression within a growing contractor delivering a varied portfolio

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading electrical projects in a contracting environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
• Experience with variations, valuations and margin control.
• Ability to manage labour, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial electrical projects from handover to completion.
• Oversee occasional smaller construction and multi-trade projects.
• Plan labour, materials, subcontractors and resources.
• Lead site supervisors and electrical engineers.
• Produce and maintain project programmes.
• Control costs, variations, budgets and margins.
• Procure materials and subcontract packages.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Coordinate with other trades and building services.
• Attend client, contractor and site meetings.
• Ensure health & safety compliance on all projects.
• Manage snagging, testing and handover documentation
