Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an Electrical Manager to lead commercial electrical projects and manage site teams, ensuring safe, efficient delivery to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for ownership from design to completion, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality. Strong client relationships and 5+ years of leadership are essential; NICEIC and 2391/ NVQ3 preferred. Hybrid working available, with a package up to £62k.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading, supervising, and developing electrical teams.
• Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments under pressure.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.
• 2391 testing & inspection knowledge; NVQ Level 3.
• NICEIC certification/experience on commercial properties.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from design through to successful completion.

• Conduct testing and commissioning to guarantee system performance.
• Liaise with clients, providing guidance and maintaining relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

As the Electrical Manager, you will be:

• Take ownership of projects from design through to successful completion
• Ensure all work meets industry regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards
• Conduct testing and commissioning activities to guarantee system performance and reliability
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing expert guidance and maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Electrical Manager qualifications / experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading, supervising, and developing electrical teams
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver results under pressure
• Strong relationship-building skills, with experience managing and nurturing key client accounts and stakeholder partnerships
• 2391 and 18th/NVQ level 3
• NICEIC certification/experience
• Experience working on commercial properties
• Experience as a QS is desirable
