Job summary

Frontline Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial M&E projects in Milton Keynes. You will oversee tenders, programmes, quality and commercial performance from pre-construction through to handover.

You will manage subcontractors and site teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, review drawings and specs, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Project Manager within commercial construction/M&E.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation and project delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of project programmes, costs and variations.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing electrical projects from tender/pre-construction through to completion.
• Taking responsibility for project delivery, programme, quality and commercial performance.
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Managing project programmes, costs and variations.
• Attending client and project meetings.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
