Hawkes Resourcing Group is recruiting an M&E Project Manager for a Brentwood, Essex based building services business. The role prioritises an electrical bias and seeks someone capable of delivering mechanical and electrical projects from instruction through to handover.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate with clients, designers, site teams and subcontractors, and maintain programme, cost, safety and quality targets.

• Checking installation quality and managing defects and snags through to completion.
• Coordinating testing, commissioning, certification, project documentation and final handover.
• Acting as the main day-to-day contact for clients and providing regular project updates.

M&E Project Manager

Location: Brentwood, Essex
Salary: £50,000 £65,000 per year

The immediate preference is for someone with an electrical bias. Experience or sound working knowledge of mechanical services would also be valuable.

The role

You will manage allocated mechanical and electrical projects from instruction or award through to completion and handover. You will take responsibility for day-to-day delivery, working with clients, designers, site teams and subcontractors to achieve programme, cost, safety, and quality objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:
