Marble Talent Group Ltd client seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality. Responsibilities include planning, programming, cost control and regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical or M&E projects from inception to completion.
• Strong project planning, organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good commercial awareness, including budget and cost control.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing project delivery, planning, programming and budgets.
• Developing and maintaining project programmes and monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Managing project costs, commercial performance and financial reporting.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Conducting site visits and ensuring compliance with health & safety and project requirements.
• Preparing regular project reports and providing updates to key stakeholders.
• Leading and motivating project teams.
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Negotiating effectively with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
