Job summary

Future Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical packages and ensure delivery on CAT A/B Fit out, Education, and refurbishment projects around the M25. You will manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality, and commercial performance.

Applicants should have a strong background in electrical contracting, a solid understanding of construction processes, and excellent client-facing communication.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who has previously worked for an electrical or M&E contractor and has a strong understanding of electrical installation and project delivery.

You should be confident managing projects worth up to approximately £3m, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors while maintaining control of programme, quality and commercial performance.

This would be to work on a mixture of CAT A/B Fit out projects, Education projects alongside some smaller refurbishment jobs. Projects will be located within and around the M25.

Required

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• Strong electrical contracting / building services background.
• Experience managing electrical packages up to £3m.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction processes.Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.
• Good commercial and contractual awareness.
• Strong programme and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements.
