Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification in Building Services, Mechanical & Electrical, or an Electrical Trade background.
• 7+ years of building services coordination experience on commercial and residential projects.
• Experience with main contractor environments.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical and MEP delivery: pre-construction to commissioning.
• Oversee MEP deliverables, ensuring specs and requirements are met.
• Coordinate with design teams for timely, accurate technical information.
• Monitor programmes and progress to keep works on schedule.
• Inspect installations against quality plans and enforce best practices.
• Maintain site safety and compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, design teams and the project team.
