Job summary

NRL in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee delivery of major civil engineering works as part of a large-scale development.

You will lead on-site activities, manage earthworks, highways, drainage and structures, and coordinate with design teams to ensure safety, quality and programme adherence.

This role requires strong leadership of diverse site teams and a proactive approach to risk, cost control and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Construction Manager in civil engineering projects (infrastructure, highways, drainage, or major groundworks).
• In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques and relevant compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage diverse site teams.
