Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for its Mallusk site. You will lead the electrical, BMS and offsite assembly teams, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget while coordinating with internal teams and external subcontractors.

You will drive performance improvements, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain high quality standards in a modular/offsite construction environment. A full driving license is required to support site travel.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Project Manager or similar role in modular/MEP sectors.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
• Full driving license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical, BMS and offsite assembly teams.
• Coordinate with commercial, engineering, design, quality and logistics.
• Ensure schedules, budgets and KPIs are met.
