Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd. in Mallusk is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across electrical, BMS and offsite assembly in our Decarb Modular Solutions program. You will own project delivery, manage subcontracted labour and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication and proven experience in modular construction. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm, with competitive salary depending on experience

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams on electrical projects in modular or commercial sectors.
• Strong background in electrical systems, BMS and offsite assembly.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
