Job summary

Crown House Technologies is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join our life sciences delivery team in Oxford. You will lead electrical engineering delivery across design, installation, commissioning and handover, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with project managers, planners, subcontractors and design teams.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services, and you will operate in a highly regulated environment, driving safety and compliance

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
Extensive experience delivering electrical engineering on large-scale, regulated projects.
Leadership experience mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering delivery from design through installation, commissioning and handover.
Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with project managers, planners, subcontractors and design teams.
Review complex electrical designs to ensure regulatory and client compliance.
Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and standards.
Identify and implement innovative engineering solutions and continuous improvement.
Support project close-out, QA, and documentation handover.
