Tata Steel is seeking an Electrical Departmental Engineer to lead and coordinate utilities and infrastructure at Trostre Works. You will drive engineering excellence, support manufacturing performance, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

You will own engineering delivery within your area, collaborating across functions to align with business plans and drive continuous improvement. Key duties include leading engineering teams, implementing changes through MOC, delivering capital

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent with significant experience.
• CharteredEngineer status or working towards is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in heavy industrial/manufacturing settings.

Responsabilidades

• Implement engineering activities in line with HSE management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legislation.
• Lead engineering and manufacturing performance in the area.
• Identify and deliver training for engineering teams.
• Manage changes through robust Management of Change processes.
• Develop and support capital and improvement plans.
• Lead COMAH-related activities within the discipline.
• Coordinate area electrical engineering with managers and works engineer.
• Provide site-wide electrical resource for maintenance and repair.
• Develop engineering systems to meet safety and environmental requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability across the site.
