Job summary

Engineering @ 365 Ltd in Leicester is seeking an Electrical Team Leader to coordinate and work hands-on in panel wiring, control panel assembly and electrical fitting within the production team.

You will plan workloads, prioritise production schedules and ensure builds meet quality standards while mentoring and developing the wiring crew.

This is a permanent, days-based role with a 7:30am–3:30pm start, offering a competitive £38,000–£43,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electrical manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong hands-on panel wiring, control panel building and electrical assembly.
• Experience supervising or coordinating an electrical team is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day activities of the electrical department.
• Plan and prioritise workloads to meet production schedules.
• Work hands-on with panel wiring, control panel assembly and electrical fitting.
• Identify delays and resource needs and liaise with Production Manager.
• Support training and development of team members.
