RGB Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a well established regional M&E contracting company to appoint an Electrical Contracts/Operations Manager for Cornwall. You will lead the delivery of multiple schemes up to £3m, drive business development and build a new division in the area.

As part of a growing business, you will oversee tendering, design management and staff development, while ensuring safety, budget and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts or Operations Manager within the building services sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple schemes up to £3m in value.
• Drive business development and regional opportunities.
• Oversee recruitment, development and performance of staff.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on budgets, procurement and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Report to board level on project and region performance.
