McM Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join a growing M&E contractor in the Warrington area. You will lead electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover, overseeing programmes, budgets, resources and the delivery of high-quality installations across commercial, healthcare and industrial sectors.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Electrical Project Manager.
• Strong background within M&E contracting or commercial building services.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical building services.
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and project resources effectively.
• Relevant electrical qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple electrical projects from contract award through to completion.
• Overseeing project programmes, budgets, resources, and commercial performance.
• Managing project teams, site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinating electrical design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress and managing risks, variations, and commercial opportunities.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, programme, and health and safety standards.
• Supporting pre-construction and tendering activity where required.
• Providing leadership and support to the wider electrical delivery team.

This is a senior opportunity managing electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion, working across a varied portfolio of commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, hospitality, and technically demanding projects.

The role will suit an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking for a long-term opportunity with a business that has a strong project pipeline and the resources to support continued growth.
