Job summary

RGB Recruitment is helping a Devon‑based, employee‑owned contractor fill an Electrical Contracts Manager role. The successful candidate will manage retail projects, typically up to GBP15k each, and oversee up to four sites at once on a tight 12‑week schedule.

You will lead project delivery, site safety, client relations and financial performance while travelling seasonally to Cardiff and Swindon as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the retail sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
• Electrical trade background with solid installation and project delivery understanding.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
• A stable career history with recognised contractors and track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of retail projects and drive delivery to agreed specs.
• Oversee up to 4 projects simultaneously on a fast‑tracked 12‑week programme.
