The role focuses on delivering healthcare, education and commercial schemes with contract values up to £3m. You will oversee teams, drive business development, and manage budgets and procurement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts/Operations Manager in building services.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, installation and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, successful delivery of multiple projects valued up to £3m.
• Identify and develop opportunities in the Cornwall region.
• Manage up to 4 live schemes concurrently.
• Oversee preconstruction activities including tendering and design management.
• Recruit, develop, and manage staff within the division.
• Collaborate with commercial to manage budgets, procurement and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
