Job summary

Randstad CPE are looking for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join a static site near Bordon. The role is Monday to Friday, on site, with an emphasis on PPMs and reactive works to keep the building services running smoothly.

Applicants should be fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 (AM2 if required), 18th edition, with DBS eligibility and a valid driving licence. Salary is up to £42,500 with overtime, on-call rota, 33 days holidays, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required.
• 18th edition is required.
• 2391 testing/inspection is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site.
• Ensure all work is in line with task schedules and best practices.
• Ensure the sites are compliant and follow industry standards.
• Daily monitoring of main plant and equipment within buildings.
• Maintain professional image and promote services.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Maintain site logbooks and paperwork.
• Oversee on-site CAFM and Concept systems to complete tasks within SLA.
• Resolve client issues with minimal disruption to business.

My client is a large Facilities and maintenance company who operate in various sectors across the commercial sector. They are currently looking for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join an established team on a static site near Bordon. This role is Mon to Fri.

Responsibilities will include:

• Carry out all PPM's and reactive works on site
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices
• Ensure the responsible sites are fully compliant and follow industry best practices.
• Daily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients
• Maintain the professional image always, and promote services.
• Ensure All subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes.
• Ensure you manage the site logbook system and all paperwork is kept up to date
• To oversee the management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems and ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA.
• Receiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.
• Be prepared for inclusion on a call out rota for out of hour's emergency response.
