Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for a number of experienced electrical maintenance engineers to join an established team on a static site near Oxford. The role is Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and OT available.

You will carry out PPMs and reactive works, ensure compliance, manage site logbooks, and liaise with clients. Relevant NVQ3/AM2, 18th edition, and DBS permissions are required; driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required.
• 18th edition is mandatory.
• 2391 Test and inspection is highly desirable.
• Experience working within occupied offices.
• Driving Licence required.
• DBS clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
• Ensure the responsible sites are fully compliant and follow industry best practices.
• Daily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients.
• Maintain professional image and promote services.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual commitments and site processes.
• Manage the site logbook system and keep paperwork up to date.
• Address client issues promptly to avoid disruption to business.

My client is a large Facilities and maintenance company who operate in various sectors across the commercial sector. They are currently looking for a number of experienced electrical maintenance engineers to join an established team on a static site near Oxford. This role is Mon to Fri.

Responsibilities will include:

• Carry out all PPM's and reactive works on site
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices
• Ensure the responsible sites are fully compliant and follow industry best practices.
• Daily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients
• Maintain the professional image always, and promote services.
• Ensure All subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes.
• Ensure you manage the site logbook system and all paperwork is kept up to date
• Receiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.
• Be prepared for inclusion on a call out rota for out of hour's emergency response.
