Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across day and shift patterns.

You will plan, prioritise, and deliver maintenance activities while upholding safety, technical compliance and high workmanship standards. You will provide technical guidance, manage resources, and coordinate contractors to minimise disruption and maintain reliability across a large operational estate.

Qualificações

• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
• Strong fault-finding capabilities and technical direction skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary electrical and mechanical engineers on day and shift patterns.
• Plan, allocate and prioritise maintenance activities (planned, reactive, corrective).
• Ensure resources and competencies meet operational requirements.
• Monitor maintenance performance and escalation of risks when needed.
• Provide technical guidance during complex plant fault investigations.
• Ensure work is carried out safely under permits, isolations, and safe systems of work.
• Coordinate plant shutdowns and implement engineering risk controls.
• Oversee contractor coordination and maintain high engineering standards.
