Mitie is seeking a Lead Multi-Skilled Engineer to take technical ownership of a prestigious client building in Bournemouth, delivering on-site electrical and building services maintenance and driving resilience and reliability.

You will lead day-to-day on-site performance, manage planned and reactive maintenance, and work with the FM team and contractors to meet compliance and PPM standards, with opportunities to progress toward Authorised Person responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Electrical fault-finding skills with broader building services knowledge across HVAC, BMS, mechanical plant and critical systems.
• FM or commercial building maintenance experience.
• Authorised Person (AP) experience or willingness to develop into the role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day engineering performance on site.
• Deliver electrical and multi-skilled planned and reactive maintenance.
• Improve building resilience and reliability across critical systems.
• Drive PPM completion, quality and technical compliance standards.
• Manage and challenge specialist suppliers and contractors whilst building strong relationships with the client and FM team.
