Job summary
Pin-Point-Recruitment seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician for permanent role in the Tees Valley region. Shift pattern: 2 days/2 nights/4 off rotation; includes 35 days holiday, bonus and a strong pension and staff discounts across brands.
Responsibilities include maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems in industrial/domestic environments, fault-finding motor/drive systems, and supporting PLC/HMI interfaces with Siemens and Allen-Bradley equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be a time-served electrician with evidence of apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Experience with industrial and domestic wiring and safe isolation procedures.
- Proficient in fault-finding on AC/DC motors and gearbox drives using appropriate test equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance in industrial and domestic environments.
- Interpret electrical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain and test overhead cranes and safety systems; ensure safe operation.
