Job summary

Breedon Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Planner to join the Operations and Maintenance team at Hope Cement Works. You will develop and schedule medium and long-term electrical maintenance plans, coordinating with maintenance, operations and stores to ensure safety, efficiency and timely completion.

You will manage resources, materials and critical spares, support CAPEX projects, and contribute to continuous improvement in plant reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent (HNC/HND).
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive and RCM maintenance.
• Experience with a CMMS (IBM Maximo) and planning major repairs.
• Contractor management and health & safety legislation familiarity.
• Excellent organisation, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Supervisory or coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Plan and schedule preventative, predictive and corrective electrical maintenance.
• Lead maintenance planning for major repairs, shutdowns and outages.
• Manage critical spare parts and asset management strategies.
• Create and maintain maintenance job plans and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Support maintenance budget planning and cost control.
