Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Electrical Plant Engineer to oversee electrical aspects of plant maintenance and improvement projects. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating with electrical contractors to ensure reliable operation of manufacturing equipment, buildings, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have an HNC in Electrical/Controls Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience and be able to analyze data to drive equipment availability and uptime

Qualifikationen

• HNC in Electrical or Controls Engineering required.
• Strong ability to identify and solve repetitive reliability problems.
• Experience collecting and analysing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Aufgaben

• Identify, specify, source and purchase machines and equipment.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure projects meet time and cost targets.
• Create project plans for rearrangements, installations and improvements.
• Lead cost-reduction and method-improvement initiatives.
• Procure parts and equipment for improvements and maintain receipts.
• Perform plant engineering across site facilities and equipment.
• Provide data-driven planning to improve equipment availability.
• Drive reliability improvements on critical equipment.
