Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced electrically biased engineer to oversee electrical maintenance across renewable operations. You will coordinate and manage all electrical works on site, ensuring safety, compliance, and service levels.

Work closely with operations, clients, engineers and subcontractors to keep electrical systems compliant and fully operational, while delivering high standards of health and safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• RAMS experience and site documentation preparation.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
• Strong understanding of electrical compliance, inspection and testing requirements.
• Commitment to health and safety, quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned electrical maintenance and remedial works.
• Ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
• Review and amend risk assessments and method statements.
• Supervise electricians, subcontractors and service providers when required.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, company procedures and client requirements.
• Manage permits to work, isolations and safe systems of work.
• Deliver site inductions and safety briefings.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress updates.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to coordinate activities.
