Job summary

Wienerberger Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at the Broomfleet site near Gilberdyke to keep the plant running by performing electrical and electro-mechanical maintenance.

You will troubleshoot, conduct planned preventive maintenance, and work with PLCs and diagnostic tools to ensure safe, reliable production in a busy manufacturing environment.

This hands-on role includes shift work on a 4-on/4-off pattern with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing/factory environments.
• Committed to health and safety.
• Able to work hands-on with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical & electro-mechanical plant equipment.
• Operate a preventative electrical maintenance system.
• Fault finding and repairs.
• Program Siemens & other PLCs.
• Use testing equipment to locate faults and remedy issues.
• Contribute to safe systems of work documentation.
• Adhere to BSEN ISO 9001 standards.
