Pioneer Selection Ltd in the West Midlands are seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a fast-growing FMCG site in Wednesbury. This role focuses on electrical bias, root-cause analysis and minimizing downtime across filling, can-seaming and packaging lines.

You will perform reactive and planned maintenance, improve reliability, and support machinery upgrades in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical fault-finding (plus solid mechanical ability).
• Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Non-UK qualification, equivalency may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reactive and planned maintenance across production machinery.
• Root-cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Support machinery upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain equipment on filling, can-seaming, packing and blow moulding lines.
