Pioneer Selection Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking a hands-on, Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a fast-growing FMCG manufacturing site.

You will handle reactive and planned maintenance across filling, can-seaming, packing and blow moulding equipment, driving improvements and ensuring reliability to minimise downtime. Shift: days (Mon-Fri).

Competenze

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience with an electrical bias in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.

Mansioni

• Reactive and planned maintenance across production machinery including filling, can-seaming, packing and blow moulding equipment.
• Identify root causes, implement improvements, and minimise downtime.
• Support reliability initiatives to keep a busy FMCG site running smoothly.
