Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a Lancashire FMCG site. You will maintain electrical and mechanical systems across high-speed lines, perform fault-finding and planned maintenance to maximise uptime.

The role is Mon-Fri days, focusing on reducing downtime, improving reliability and supporting production performance with development opportunities in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in industrial FMCG environments.
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Basic PLC fault-finding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery.
• Fault-find and carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability on site.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on high-speed lines.
