Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd in Chertsey, Surrey is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site team. You will handle planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and system improvements to keep critical building services running smoothly.

You will be part of a five-engineer team, with support from a Technical Lead and Senior Operations Manager, plus training and progression opportunities across engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of electrical regulations and safe systems of work.
• Experience with electrical systems in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Perform electrical fault finding, diagnosis and repairs.
• Maintain power distribution, lighting, emergency systems and associated plant.
• Complete electrical replacements, remedial works and minor upgrades.
• Carry out inspections and testing and maintain records.
