A large national FM and maintenance company is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in Stoke on Trent. This role involves carrying out PPM's and reactive works, ensuring compliance with best practices, and supervising subcontractors. Applicants must hold 17th and 18th edition electrical installations certifications, have electrical building maintenance experience, and possess a driving license. Qualifications

• Must possess 17th and 18th edition electrical installations and 2391 or equivalent certification.
• Experience in electrical building maintenance is essential.
• A valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all PPM's and reactive works on site.
• Ensure compliance with task schedules and industry practices.
• Manage site logbook system and ensure all paperwork is updated.
• Monitor all main plant and equipment within buildings.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
• Prepare for call out rota for out of hours emergency response.
