Job summary

PRS is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site team at a commercial building in London. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to ensure reliability, efficiency, and safety of electrical systems.

The role requires a valid NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, and prior FM environment experience. The position is full-time with standard hours and offers a competitive salary, overtime, pension, and holiday

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing (desirable).
Experience in a commercial FM environment.
Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled PPMs on electrical systems and equipment.
Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.
Perform fault diagnosis, repair works, and minor installations.
Test and inspect electrical systems, including emergency lighting and fire alarm checks.
Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Accurately complete job reports and update service logs.
Support other engineers and contractors on-site where required.
