The role involves PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, with a salary up to £46,000 and no callout, plus training and progression.

The successful candidate should be multi-skilled, with experience in commercial building maintenance and strong client-facing communication.

Qualificações

• Electrician or mechanic by trade with City & Guilds Level 2/3.
• 18th Edition is desirable.
• Ability to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled with good communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• PPMs and reactive maintenance of tenants' premises.
• Lighting, emergency lighting tests, control panels.
• Maintenance of BMS systems based on building requirements.
• Pumps and motors maintenance and fault finding.
• Maintain and update log books.
