Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a commercial building in White City, West London. The role focuses on planned and reactive electrical maintenance within the on-site maintenance team.

The ideal candidate will have strong facilities maintenance knowledge, with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or higher, and a proven track record in commercial settings. The package includes a salary up to £44,000, overtime, training, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3+ are essential.
• Be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Must be multi-skilled with good communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain electrical plant and equipment.
• Perform fault finding and repairs.
• Maintain lighting—lamps, ballasts and fittings.
• Test and repair emergency lighting.
• Carry out small power and socket repairs.
• Basic BMS monitoring.
• Conduct electrical checks and inspections.
• Assist with general building maintenance duties.
• Escort specialist subcontractors on site.
