CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static role in Wolvercote, Oxford, a large commercial office building. You will perform M&E/fabric maintenance in a small team, with a focus on electrical integrity and safety.

Requirements include City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3, 17th/18th Edition, and a proven track record in commercial property maintenance. The role offers a salary up to £55,000, overtime, and career progression.

Qualifications

• Must be electrically qualified with trade certificates
• 17th/18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge
• Strong customer service and reliability for a proactive maintenance role

Responsibilities

• Carry out M&E/fabric maintenance in a large commercial building estate
• Work as part of a small on-site team of 3 engineers
• Attend planned and reactive maintenance tasks across 3 buildings
