Qualifications

• Previous maintenance engineering experience in FMCG Manufacturing, Production, or Industrial environment.
• Proactive approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and performance of automated production equipment.
• Supervise the maintenance team on your shift.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out fault finding.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Work on 3-phase systems and associated equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability projects.
• Support safe and efficient operation of the site.
