Job summary

ATA Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a multi-site, UK-based group. Based in Birmingham, you will maintain and improve conveyors, presses, rollers, cranes and furnaces, with a focus on electrical fault finding and reliable uptime.

The role offers a market-rate salary of £57,000–£60,000 with an on-target earnings of £65,000, 4 on 4 off shifts, and extensive training plus paid overtime opportunities, supporting career progression within a leading manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience.
• Engineering qualifications at Level 3+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining an organized PPM schedule.
• Electrical fault finding.
• Handling reactive maintenance tasks.
• Preparing handovers and shift reports.
• Suggesting and implementing continuous improvements.
• Replacing components like for like.
