Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd in Stevenage, Hertfordshire is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static, Monday-to-Friday role. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial building services, including power systems, UPS, lighting tests, and HVAC.

You should hold City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installations, have at least 3 years in commercial maintenance, and bring a professional, friendly attitude. The role offers progression, pension and overtime.

Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Stevenage, Hertfordshire

£40,000 - £45,000

We've got an excellent role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a fantastic site in Hertfordshire! This is a standout role if you're looking to avoid the commute into London, join a well known commercial provider and be part of a well experienced team!

This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
• Working on single & three-phase power systems
• Motors and generators (including on/off load testing)
• UPS systems
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
• HVAC systems
• Pumps, belts, bearings, mechanical seals
• BMS operation
• Maintaining logbooks and site documentation

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance
• Career-driven and motivated individual
• Professional, polite, and personable approach

Salary and Package:

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
