Job summary

HAMILTON ROWE RECRUITMENT SERVICES LTD is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in London for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will lead PPM and reactive maintenance of M&E systems, troubleshoot faults, and manage site logbooks and contractors.

The role requires Level 3 in electrical installations/engineering and at least 3 years’ experience in commercial building services. Strong communication and professional approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installations required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Level 3 minimum in electrical installations / engineering.

Responsibilities

Exciting role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a brilliant site in London! Great role to join a well-known performing arts venue.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee the PPM and reactive maintenance of M&E systems on site, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, oversee site logbooks, contractors and deal with client requests.

Requirements for this role include level 3 minimum in electrical installations / engineering and at least 3 years experience within commercial building services.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance


• Working on single & three-phase power systems
