CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a large commercial campus near Sittingbourne. The role involves carrying out electrical planned and reactive maintenance on a static site with on-site maintenance staff.

The candidate will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours, with a salary up to £40,000, pension, and holidays. Applicants should hold City & Guilds Level 2/3 and 17th/18th Edition, provide trade certificates, and demonstrate a proven track record in commercial

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical planned and reactive maintenance on a static site.
• Work with on-site maintenance team to ensure reliability.
• Maintain and update logbooks for equipment and systems.
• Escort specialist subcontractors and monitor works on site.
• Maintain control panels, lighting, pumps, and mechanical plant.
• Ensure compliance with 17th/18th edition regulations.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Sittingbourne - Commercial Campus- Up to £40,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Sittingbourne. CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large commercial campus located in Sittingbourne. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. Working with the maintenance team on-site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. • Up to £40,000 per annum

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (small installations, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update logbooks
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Monitor the mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Cooling Towers
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
• 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
