Job summary

Trevett Services is seeking an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join a high-end corporate site in Farringdon. You will handle building maintenance tasks including electrical works, plumbing, painting and carpentry while taking initiative on day-to-day issues.

Hours are Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 with no call-outs. The role requires clear communication and at least 3 years in Facilities Management. A strong benefits package accompanies the position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-end corporate office in Farringdon, covering general maintenance.
• Carry out plumbing, painting, carpentry and electrical tasks, plus ad hoc duties.
• Manage all planned preventive maintenance (PPMs).
• Be on-site most of the week with limited on-site time on Mondays and Fridays

Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Based in Farringdon

Trevett Services are working with a major international Facilities Management provider for a key corporate contract of theirs in Farringdon. Our client is looking to speak with electrically bias maintenance engineers.

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for covering all maintenance in a high-end corporate office in Farringdon. You will be responsible for general building maintenance such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, as well as odd jobs like moving furniture. You will be responsible for all PPMs.

For most of the week, you will be the only engineer on site, with the exception of 4 hours on a Monday and on a Friday. As a result, our client is looking for someone who's client facing and can take initiative.

Your hours of work will be Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:00. There is no call out with this role.
