Job summary

Trevett Services are working with a major international Facilities Management provider to recruit a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) for a high-end corporate office in Farringdon. You will be responsible for on-site maintenance across electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry tasks, and for managing all PPMs.

Hours are Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 with no on‑call. You should be a clear communicator with 3+ years’ experience and hold the 18th edition certificate.

• 18th edition
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar Facilities Management maintenance role
• A clear communicator

Responsibilities

• Maintain general building services including electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry
• Manage all planned and preventive maintenance (PPMs) tasks
• Serve as the on-site maintenance engineer for a high-end corporate office in Farringdon, with limited hours on Monday and Friday
