Job description

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: East London

Contract: Office

Salary: Up to GBP42,000 Per Annum

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with lead/supervisory experience, looking for a fast-paced shift role? Look no further! I am working with a leading FM service provider who are actively recruiting for a shift lead to join their flagship team in East London.

Duties

1. Electrical PPMs and reactives
2. Mechanical PPMs and reactives
3. Assigning PPMs to engineers - overseeing a team of 3 shift engineers at any given time
4. Maintenance of high voltage critical plant equipment
5. Maintenance on switchgears
6. Maintenance on panels, breakers and transformers
7. Power distribution maintenance
8. Lighting - EML testing & lighting upgrades
9. Generator testing
10. Distributing PPMs to the shift engineers
11. Creating RAMS
12. Signing off works carried out by engineers
13. Ensuring all works are documented accurately
14. Liaising with third party contractors and the site facility manager, being the face of the company

Requirements

1. NVQ Level 3 Electrical
2. 18th Edition
3. HV/LV AP status
4. Building services maintenance experience

Package

1. Salary up to GBP54,000 per annum (including shift allowance)
