Are you an experienced, fully qualified electrical maintenance engineer looking for a new challenge?

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Salary: GBP45,000 + overtime

Location: Large static site in North West London

Responsibilities

1. PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive issues on site
2. Power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems
3. HVAC systems, AHUs, pumps, and motors
4. Fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs
5. Dealing with contractors

Requirements

• Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
• 18th edition wiring regulations (must have)
