Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – North/North West London - up to £44,000 + Package

Are you a Mobile Electrical Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?

An exciting opportunity for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join an established Building Services company based in North London, covering the N and NW postcode areas.

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a mobile electrical engineer to perform planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract in N and NW postcodes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and proven experience in commercial building maintenance.

This role is suitable for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer seeking progression. The company offers a competitive salary up to £44,000 and potential career advancement opportunities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting: Small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, etc.
• Emergency lighting testing
• Control panels maintenance
• Changing ballasts
• BMS system monitoring (e.g., hot and cold)
• Carrying out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintaining and updating log books

Hours of Work & Package

• Basic salary up to £44,000
• 1 in 4 Call Out Rota with £15 per day standby allowance
• Monday – Friday, 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Company van and fuel card
• Tablet and work phone provided
• Full company uniform
