Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: London

Salary: £46,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks on a variety of electrical systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and ensure optimal functionality of electrical installations, lighting, and power systems.
• Work closely with the onsite team to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Carry out testing, inspections, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and prioritise tasks to minimize downtime.

What We’re Looking For:

• A fully qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience within facilities management or building maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety procedures, and relevant compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with great teamwork abilities.
