Boden Group in Birmingham is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to deliver planned, reactive and emergency maintenance across facilities management sites. You will coordinate with mobile technical colleagues and supervise third-party resources, supporting safety and procurement activities while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires full electrical qualifications and strong communication, with opportunities for advancement and permanent employment.

Competenze

• Essential: Full electrical qualifications and experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Essential: Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Essential: The ability to prioritise workloads.
• Ideally, a recognised qualification in Testing and Inspection.
• Portable Appliance Testing skills would be advantageous.
• IPAF or PASMA qualifications would be advantageous.

As a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Birmingham, you'll deliver planned, reactive and emergency maintenance across facilities management sites. You'll also work with clients, technical colleagues and third-party suppliers to keep site operations running.

The Role

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll:

• Complete planned electrical and/or mechanical maintenance in line with contract specifications.
• Carry out reactive and emergency maintenance alongside minor project works.
• Coordinate with mobile technical colleagues and supervise third-party resources and suppliers.
• Work with clients and support day-to-day health and safety requirements.
• Support procurement requirements for your areas of work.
• Maintain company equipment and complete IT records and paperwork accurately and promptly.

About You

To be successful as the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll have:

• Essential: Full electrical qualifications and experience in a similar maintenance role.
