Job summary

Alice Rose Recruitment is working with a leading Building Services provider to recruit an Electrical Multi Skilled Engineer for a landmark commercial estate in Knightsbridge, London. You will join an established engineering team delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across landlord areas with exposure to high-profile plant.

Role includes LVAP training, ongoing technical training, and clear career progression on a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime options.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with Level 3 electrical certs.
• Strong fault-finding abilities in electrical systems.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
• Respond to reactive maintenance and electrical fault finding.
• Maintain electrical distribution systems and associated plant.
• Carry out maintenance on AHUs, FCUs and HVAC equipment.
• Complete basic mechanical maintenance where required.
• Monitor BMS alarms and investigate faults.
• Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors.
• Complete maintenance reports and logbooks.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
• Deliver a high standard of service to the client.

The Role

Working as part of an established engineering team, you'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across landlord areas, ensuring the estate is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)

Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience within commercial building services maintenance
• Multi-skilled knowledge across electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong fault-finding abilities
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• HV/LV or AP experience is advantageous but not essential
