The hours are split into one-week dayshift, one-week backshift and include just 10 Saturdays per year, where a 6-hour 6am – 12pm maintenance shift is performed. Training Technical Operators where applicable, to carry out essential maintenance tasks is also part of the role, as well as effectively communicating with the production team when completing work on lines during production. You may also be required to complete other reasonable duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager.
