Job Summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global group that manufactures switchgear and related products for installation in mission-critical and commercial buildings, including data centers and headquarters of major corporations. We are seeking a skilled Power Management Systems (PMS) Engineer to service, maintain, and troubleshoot PMS, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, PME, and networks, across various locations in the UK & Europe. The role involves travel, technical expertise, and customer service. Training and shadowing will be provided, and the candidate must be available for emergency call-outs.

What a typical day looks like:

1. Maintenance and Servicing: Perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, educate clients, develop training, document activities, and prepare reports.
2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide on-site support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, liaise with technical teams.
3. Installation and Commissioning: Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of PMS at client sites.
4. Emergency Call-Out Cover: Be available for urgent issues, respond promptly, and participate in on-call rota.
5. Compliance and Safety: Follow safety regulations and company policies during fieldwork.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or related qualification in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 3-5 years' experience in servicing PMS, including PLC, SCADA, PME, and networks.
• Strong technical knowledge of power management hardware and software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel, hold a valid driver’s license, and perform physical fieldwork.
